"The Pink Drink" for Valentines

It’s yummy.  It’s healthy.  What is more important?  It’s pink!

-No artificial colors. All natural. No added sugar.

1 frozen banana
4 strawberries or 1 cup frozen
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
flax seeds (optional)

Blend it up until all fruit is pureed.
Serve with a fun straw and a piece of fruit!
