100 Day – MyPlate Challenge

Wow!  Can you believe there are 100 days left in 2011?  So, let us all commit to taking this challenge for the next 100 days, all the way up to December 31, 2011….and hopefully continue into the new year of 2012!

Everyday, you will challenge yourself to fill up half of your plate with vegetables and/or fruits.  This is a great way to kids involved in what they are eating.  They can help keep you accountable!  Plan ahead, and when in doubt, throw some fresh veggies or a quick salad on the side.
